1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Hostrink website (https://hostrink.com) or our services, you agree to become bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Services Provided

Hostrink provides web hosting, domain name registration, SSL certificates, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of any feature.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use Hostrink services for:

  • Illegal Activities: Hosting or transmitting material that violates any local, state, or international law.
  • Abuse: Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), hosting “phishing” sites, or distributing malware/viruses.
  • Resource Abuse: Excessive use of system resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O) that negatively impacts other customers on shared servers.
  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

  • Payments: All services must be paid for in advance. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Renewals: Services will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless a cancellation request is submitted.
  • Refund Policy: Hostrink may offer a money-back guarantee for specific hosting plans (typically 30 days). Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and setup fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Uptime Guarantee and SLA

Hostrink strives to provide a 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations. In the event of a critical failure, Enterprise plans are covered by our specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Content and Backups

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your account.
  • Backups: While Hostrink performs regular backups for disaster recovery, we do not guarantee the availability of these backups for individual user restoration. It is your responsibility to maintain your own off-site backups.

8. Term and Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time through the customer portal.
  • Suspension: Hostrink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hostrink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hostrink operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

Hostrink reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via the website or email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
