This Agreement is concluded between Hostrink (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the person/entity (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) who purchases services through the website https://hostrink.com.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the services specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller’s website.

3. Buyer Information
The information provided by the Buyer during registration or checkout (Name, Address, Email, Phone) will be taken as the basis for this agreement.
4. Characteristics of the Service and Pricing
The type of service (Web Hosting, Reseller, Cloud Server, Domain, etc.), duration (monthly/annual), and sales price including all taxes are as specified in the order confirmation and invoice sent to the Buyer.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Due to the nature of digital services, the following rules apply to the right of withdrawal:
- Hosting Services: The Buyer has the right to withdraw and request a refund within 14 days (or 30 days depending on the specific plan campaign) from the start of the service, provided that the service has not been abused.
- Non-Refundable Services: According to international regulations and the nature of digital products, the following services are NOT subject to the right of withdrawal once processed:
- Domain Name Registrations and Renewals.
- SSL Certificates (once issued).
- Third-party licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, Plesk, etc.).
- Setup fees for dedicated or custom-configured servers.
6. General Provisions
- Service Activation: Hosting services are typically activated immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the Buyer’s incorrect information or technical issues beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., domain propagation).
- Payment: The Seller is not obliged to provide the service if the payment is not made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Usage Responsibilities: The Buyer agrees to comply with the “Terms of Service” and “Acceptable Use Policy” of Hostrink. Any suspension due to illegal activity (SPAM, phishing, etc.) voids the right to a refund.
7. Force Majeure
Circumstances that do not exist at the date of signing the agreement, such as natural disasters, war, widespread internet outages, or major cyber attacks, shall be considered force majeure. During such periods, the parties shall not be liable for failing to perform their obligations.
8. Evidence Agreement and Authorized Court
In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Seller’s records (log records, invoices, email correspondence) shall constitute definitive evidence. The courts and enforcement offices in the jurisdiction where the Seller is located shall be authorized to resolve disputes.
9. Acceptance
By completing the payment on https://hostrink.com, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
